Tirerack is offering the exact same price and free shipping plus road hazard for the 215/45R17 size.
I recently fit four 18" tires in a Mazda 3 back seat just fine. Maybe the 4th was in the trunk?
Found a crazy deal on tire rack back then on last year production tires. Pro tip - check cash back shopping portals if shopping at tire rack. I got an extra $80 back a few months back by using one to buy from them. Might help someone else.
They're not that big. You can fit all 4 in a car. Just have to be strategic - back seats + trunk.

How do you install tires that you buy online? Do you transport them to a shop? You must all have a truck.

I got these a week ago from Tire Rack for the same price but with road hazard. Tire rack is the way to go and have them shipped to your local shop. It's very easy.
I like to use Walmart to install & balance tires. I usually do a long road trip once a year, if the tires need balance, I'm almost always within a fairly short ride tob a WM. Price to mount and *lifetime* balance is competitive.
Some locations have excellent shops with competent staff, and some are the very pit of automotive hell. Use your eyes, ears, and nose.
